What is a FrontPage Template?

Templates specify a specific page layout by determining where graphics and text are positioned on the page.
Most templates incorporate a coordinating theme (navigation bars, etc.), but have a pre-defined areas where you may add your own text.
Your template comes with a specific number of designed pages which have been named and incorporated into the navigation structure. It is then up to you to add your own content, adding and deleting pages as necessary.

What is a FrontPage Theme?

Your FrontPage program comes with several themes preinstalled.
Themes are a collection of graphic elements which define the look of navigation buttons, page banners, fonts, font colors, styles, horizontal rules, bullets, and a few other features.
Within FrontPage, by going to Format | Theme, you can select a new look for your pages by selecting a new theme.
Our designers create visually exciting themes which you can purchase and add to your collection.
Each theme is unique with coordinating graphics and colors. Once applied, your site will have new buttons, etc. 

What is an Animated FrontPage Template?

Animated templates include some form of movement in their design.  This can be Swish/Flash animations or gifs.  The animations are intended to provide added interest to the page layout but can often be replaced by static images or not used at all.
Animated templates work on the same premise as regular FrontPage Templates and are used in the same manner.

What is a FrontPage Add-On?

An Add-on is an application that is added into an existing FrontPage web, providing additional functionality.  You MUST be using FrontPage for these components to work.
